Shipping policy

Shipping is free anywhere in Australia, with no minimum spend. There is no flat rate and no threshold to reach.

International shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination, using Australia Post’s own International Economy rates — no markup. Enter your address at checkout to see the exact cost before you pay.

Every order is packed and posted by hand, by one person, from South Australia. Orders placed before midday on a business day are usually posted the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.

Delivery is by Australia Post. Once a parcel is with them, delivery time is theirs, not ours. As a rough guide, metropolitan addresses are commonly two to five business days and regional addresses longer. We will always tell you honestly where a parcel is if you ask.

If a parcel is lost or badly delayed, email us at hello@thebarebrush.com.au and we will sort it out. We do not make you chase Australia Post yourself.
